Enhanced Physical Requirements
- Regularly stand for extended periods.
- Frequently reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently climb, balance, and communicate effectively.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift heavier materials with assistance.
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required.
- Work safely in a loud industrial environment.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must successfully pass a physical examination.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening as a condition of employment.
Working Conditions
- Plant environment with exposure to loud noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- May involve shift work, weekend shifts, or on-call availability.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots is mandatory.
