Machine Operator

Job Duties

• Operate HP Indigo digital press.
• Follows established ISO Roll press specific operator procedures and other procedures essential for producing conforming roll label product.
• Fulfills instructions on the job ticket and related blueprint to accurately produce product.
• Verifies accuracy of the blueprint in comparison to the job ticket to ensure product is produced correctly.
• Verifies accuracy of part number and rev. level, materials, tooling, inks, and any other items relevant and essential to producing conforming roll product.
• Ensures quality check sign off is received before processing the job.
• After product is produced, performs quality assessment checking for conforming and non-conforming material and product.
• Routes the ticket and any product produced (conforming and non-conforming) to the next station assigned.

Qualifications

• Complies with established facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations as applicable including work instructions.
• Prior experience preferred but willing to train.
