Machine Operator

About the role

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be an entry-level member of our bakery production team, focused on safely and consistently producing the highest quality baked goods for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-powered machinery.
• Package products, mix ingredients, and move/stack materials and equipment used in production.
• Examine and reject products that do not meet specifications; address issues to prevent and reduce waste.
• Participate in and complete all company-approved training and audits.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and superior quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans and ingredient containers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable working in a warm environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

$24.60 per hour.

Schedule

2nd and 3rd shift openings, including some weekends.
