Machine Operator – 12hr Day Shift PAC by ProAmpac is hiring experienced Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. Please note: This is a machine operator role in a manufacturing environment. This is not a forklift position. At PAC by ProAmpac, we’re building more than packaging products. Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
• Performing machine setup and changeovers
• Reading and following work orders and production specifications
• Completing quality checks and required production documentation
• Troubleshooting basic machine or quality issues
• Understanding machine components including rollers, knives, webs, and unwind systems
• Supporting startup, shutdown, and shift change procedures
• Maintaining a safe and organized work area
• Producing quality products that meet customer specifications

Qualifications

Successful candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

• Previous machine operator experience in manufacturing (preferred)
• Experience working from raw material through finished product production (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to perform machine-specific preventative maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist

Pay

Starting Pay Rate: $20.75 and up for highly qualified candidates based on experience, skill, and machine proficiency (plus $1.10 shift premium).

Schedule

12-hour rotating day shift, 8am to 8pm.
