About the Role

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to operate and maintain machines that shape materials into high-quality components for our community. Whether you have experience or are eager to learn, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds to bring their unique strengths to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and Shape: Use machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into specified components to meet current demands.
  • Prepare and Set Up: Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools.
  • Lift and Position Materials: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.
  • Ensure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
  • Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
  • Maintain and Organize: Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.

  • Qualifications
