Machine Operator - 3rd Shift Monday - Thursday 9pm - 7:30am

Location: Mebane, NC • Duration: 12 months • Hours: 40/week • Pay range: $16–20/hr

About the role

Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO 9000. Works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives, and follows standard operating procedures under direct supervision.

Schedule

• 3rd shift: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Overtime on Fridays as needed

Responsibilities

• Read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
• Perform basic math calculations
• Work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work regularly and punctually
• Collaborate in a team environment
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level experience
• US citizenship or Green Card required
• Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand
