Machine Operator - 3rd Shift M - Th 9pm - 7:30am

Location: Mebane, NC • Duration: 12 months • Hours: 40/week • Pay: $16–20/hr • Shift: 3rd • Employment type: W2 contract (US citizens or green-card holders only)

About the role

Performs routine production functions—filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting—under general supervision. Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO 9000. Works effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives. Follows instructions and standard operating procedures under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspection tasks
• Maintain accurate production records and logs compliant with FDA, GMPs, and ISO 9000
• Support team goals and objectives in a collaborative environment
• Follow standard operating procedures and make routine decisions as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English
• Basic math calculation skills
• Effective communication skills at a level coworkers and supervisors can understand
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours and maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Ability to work in a team environment and rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
