Key Responsibilities
- Select and prioritize production jobs using the Sites Control System or as directed by leadership.
- Set up equipment by following work instructions, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Develop and adjust basic CNC programs to support production requirements.
- Adjust machine parameters and perform required robot calibrations.
- Verify process capability using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other control methods.
- Utilize process-specific measurement systems to ensure products meet specifications.
- Perform visual inspections to verify all products meet established quality standards.
- Monitor operations to ensure processes achieve established efficiency and utilization targets.
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with peers, supervisors, and engineers.
- Assist with training and skill-building activities for less experienced operators.
- Understand and properly utilize the robotic transport system as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including completion of daily housekeeping responsibilities.
- Foster a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, collaboration, and respect across all departments.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental stewardship.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current authorization to work in the United States.
- 1–3 years of experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
- Experience with CNC-controlled equipment, automation, or robotic systems.
- Familiarity with precision measuring devices and quality inspection processes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Shift: Work Hours: 3rd (11:00PM to 7:15AM)
- Pay Classification: W2 ($17.00 to $29.24)
- This position requires current authorization to work in the United States.

- This position is onsite in Westminster, South Carolina.
