About the role

The Role at Bimbo Bakeries USA is a Production Line Operator. This position is responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce bakery products.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery to keep production running smoothly.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a production line setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
