Machine Operator-2nd Shift -Willow (Enid), OK

About the role

This position is responsible for operating machinery including Forming, Marinating, Slicing, Grinding, Mixing, X-Ray & Ovens, maintaining ongoing production flow while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery (Forming, Marinating, Slicing, Grinding, Mixing, X-Ray & Ovens)
• Maintain ongoing production flow
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Follow Tyson policies and procedures
• Assemble and dismantle equipment
• Operate mobile equipment and get lock out tag out certified
• Stack and inspect products

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, bend, walk, stretch, climb, push, pull, kneel, squat and reach
• Lift, carry, push, and pull 20–70 pounds
• Work in extreme temperatures and damp environments with slippery walking surfaces
• Work overtime and weekends
• Understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively

Requirements

• 6 months of work history with one employer in the past 18 months (for skilled positions)
