MACHINE OPERATOR - 2ND SHIFT

CJ Schwan's and its employing subsidiaries offer a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement, producing popular retail brands such as Red Baron®, Tony's®, and Freschetta® pizza; Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts; bibigo® and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks.

Pay

$21.20/hour with weekly Friday pay.

Schedule

2nd shift, between 3:00 pm - 12:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and pre-running the equipment to ensure proper production start-up
• Controlling line speeds, batch formula production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product elegance and safety
• Performing various quality checks
• Completing all required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP) utilizing SAP SOP's
• Safety operation training as appropriate

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, carry, push, pull, and perform other physical activities as needed
• Ability to stand/walk on concrete and work in cold and/or hot temperatures
• Availability for overtime or weekends based on plant scheduling needs
