Job Description
The Machine Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of wood processing equipment. This role includes using wood processing equipment such as automated panel saws, edge banders, CNC routing & drilling equipment, and packing equipment.

Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work in all assigned areas of production and perform relief duties when required.
- Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and use/read a tape measure.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, ability to frequently stoop, bend and kneel, often reach with hand and arms and grasp, and be able to constantly stand.
- Need to have visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts produced.
