Work Environment

This is a warehouse position in a non-climate controlled warehouse. Employees are typically standing on concrete floors 7+ hours a day. Due to our manufacturing process there is a lot of dust/fiber in the air and on the floor. All employees work together to keep a clean and safe work space.

Job Description

Position to cross-train on multiple machines - Cutting line, Tear Line and Bale Press to determine what is the best fit. Responsible for operation of LaRoche and Margasa machines and associated equipment to affect the timeliness and quality production of finished material. This is accomplished by setting the machine feed rate and adjusting the machine operating parameters to the most common optimum settings for each grade. The operator should be skilled at routine servicing procedures for box discharge systems and machines.

Previous Experience

Previous experience as a machine operator is required.
