Pay

$26.08/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; some overtime required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into specified components to meet current demands
• Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools
• Safely use lifting devices (cranes, forklifts) to position materials or parts
• Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities
• Track material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards (e.g., 5‑S practices)
