Machine Operator - 1st Shift

You would Support Caregivers and Protect Patients! We are currently seeking an entry-level machine operator. At the TIDI Products plant in Neenah, WI, machine operators are responsible for the safe operation and monitoring of a production machine, and for ensuring all finished product is properly packaged for shipment to the customer. This role is an important one, as the finished products will be used by healthcare professionals who count on us to provide them with the tools they need to safely and effectively do their jobs. Responsibilities
Essential responsibilities of the entry level machine operator are:
- Safe operation of machines and other equipment
- Under direct supervision during training, performance of quality checks of all products as outlined in departmental quality control on inspection procedures and ability to recognize product outside the specified tolerance
- Active communication with material handlers regarding materials needed for current and upcoming orders.
- Accurate completion of device history record (DHR) paperwork and label verification,
