We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company, job description, essential duties, qualifications, competencies, additional info (physical, sensory, mental), benefits. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About the role? Could be the introductory paragraph about company and role. Could be "About the role" maybe not explicitly but we can create from description. The instruction: Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can have

About the role

with a paragraph summarizing the role description (the first paragraph after job title). Then

Responsibilities

with list of essential duties (maybe grouped). Could also have

Requirements

for qualifications (education, experience).

Skills

for equipment/software skills and competencies.

Benefits

for benefits listed. Pay and Schedule: not provided, so we should NOT include those sections. Also we should not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So we omit Pay and Schedule. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can structure them into lists and paragraphs. Must not omit any substantive info. That includes company background, location list, commitment statement, etc. Also the "Additional Information" physical, sensory, mental/reasoning. Also the "Competencies" list (the bullet-like sentences). Also the "Qualifications" (Education, Related Experience, Equipment/Software Skills). Also the "Essential Duties & Responsibilities" broken into categories: Safety and Compliance, Equipment Operation, Quality Assurance, Sanitation and Cleaning, Equipment Care and Maintenance, Production Documentation, Continuous Improvement. We need to preserve all those bullet points. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, pay transparency, accommodation form, privacy policy, etc. Remove those. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So we strip the equal opportunity employer paragraph, pay transparency provision, accommodation link, privacy policy link. We also need to remove duplicated lines. There's no duplication aside from maybe repeated statements. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

Then Responsibilities: we can group under

Responsibilities

and then
with items. But we have categories; we could either keep categories as subheadings (but only allowed headings are those specific? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. those). Likely we should only use those headings; we can embed categories inside the list or as inside
  • . Safer to keep only those headings. So we will have one Responsibilities section with a list that includes all duties. We'll need to preserve all details; we can include sub-bullets? Not allowed? We can just have flat list items each containing the duty text. That's okay. Thus
    • Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, food safety requirements, and quality standards. Wear required PPE and comply with all safety procedures. Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures when performing equipment cleaning, maintenance support, or troubleshooting activities. Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to established procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • ... etc. We need to include all bullet points from each category. Let's extract them: Safety and Compliance: - Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, food safety requirements, and quality standards. - Wear required PPE and comply with all safety procedures. - Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures when performing equipment cleaning, maintenance support, or troubleshooting activities. - Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to established procedures. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Now Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Related Experience: Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Equipment/Software Skills: Ability to operate production equipment safely and effectively. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and production schedules. We could put these under

      Requirements

(or Qualifications). The instruction lists both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide which to use. Since we have both education/experience and skills, we could put education/experience under Requirements and skills under Skills. Or we could combine. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections if content exists. Let's split: Requirements: Education and Related Experience. Qualifications: Equipment/Software Skills. Or we could treat Qualifications as the whole block. But better to follow the example: Requirements for education/experience, Qualifications for skills? Actually "Qualifications" often includes education, experience, skills. But we have both headings available; we can use both to avoid thin sections. Let's allocate:

      Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Related Experience: Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

      Qualifications

Equipment/Software Skills: Ability to operate production equipment safely and effectively. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and production schedules.

Then Skills: we have Competencies list: Employees are encouraged to participate in efficiency and safety improvement teams Strong communication and teamwork skills. Learn and follow written rules and procedures Produce accurate documentation Maintain acceptable attendance Will have the opportunity to learn various positions Must fill in when needed in temporary/permanent vacancies We need to preserve all those. Let's list them as items. Thus

      Skills

      with
      • ... each. Now Benefits: Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision. So

        Benefits

        Medical, Dental, Vision

We should not include Pay or Schedule. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The company description paragraph we included. The "We are committed to maintaining a progressive workplace..." we included in About the role paragraph. Also the "We strive to make Stratas Foods a great place to work and are building a team capable of meeting our business goals." included. We also need to include the statement about "This role supports the production of high-quality products by adhering to safety, food safety, quality, and operational standards." Already in About the role paragraph. We also need to include the "Essential Duties & Responsibilities" heading? Not needed as we have Responsibilities section. We need to ensure we didn't miss any bullet like "Perform product changeovers efficiently while maintaining quality and food safety standards." included. Check we included all. Now we need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, pay transparency, accommodation form, privacy policy. Done. Now output only HTML. Let's craft final HTML. Be careful to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:
