Machine Operator - 1st Shift

3D Systems in Littleton is seeking two full-time Manufacturing Machine Operators to join our production team. This role is crucial in supporting our 3D printed titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome machines, ensuring advanced products are prepared for each subsequent stage in the manufacturing process. This is an onsite position with a consistent daytime schedule, providing work-life balance with evenings and weekends free.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various 3D printing machines for titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome.
• Ensure adherence to strict quality control procedures to deliver flawless end products.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential issues with builds.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow precise instructions in a manufacturing environment.

This position involves working on export-controlled products from aerospace and defense customers.

Schedule

1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
