Machine Operator 1 - Days Shipping

Job Responsibilities

• Assembling boxes, crates, or containers
• Labeling and marking containers and inserting lining or padding material to protect items during shipment
• Weighing, measuring, and counting product
• Packing items according to shipping needs or supervisors' specifications, ensuring accurate packing of crates/boxes and packages
• Completing clerical tasks using shop floor computer and RF equipment
• Conducting inspections to examine products and ensure they meet quality standards and are not damaged

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attendance record
• Some mechanical skills
