What You Will Do

• Operate a variety of production machines
• Train on the job to become proficient and certified in performing operations in at least two auxiliary equipment standard work groups
• Perform routine operations on the production line, producing blades and vanes, and performing all quality checks
• Work shift work and overtime as needed
• Perform daily standard work and complex operations while adhering to standard work and all work instructions
• Keep equipment and work area clean (5S)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience or education
• Advanced Manufacturing Certification preferred
