Machine Operator - $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Machine Operator – 1st Shift in Claremore, OK. Work in a high‑volume, quality‑focused shop fabricating commercial and fleet vehicles for a leading manufacturer with over 65 years of industry leadership and more than 20 locations across North America. You’ll run production lots, communicate with the team, maintain a safe environment, and get paid to play with trucks.

Responsibilities

• Run production lots and communicate with team regarding runs
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to leadership
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly; follow prescribed safety precautions
• Perform machine shop operations including drilling, tapping, sanding, operating a brake press, plasma table, or laser
• Conduct quality inspections of machined products
• Complete and maintain required paperwork
• Wear company‑provided personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Requirements

• Experience with brake press, plasma, or laser equipment
• Ability to perform drilling, tapping, sanding, and operate brake press, plasma table, or laser
• Willingness to wear required PPE

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 4 days per week, 10‑hour shifts; overtime available as needed on Friday
