About the role

Around-the-clock production operations require skilled operators to maintain equipment and ensure smooth workflow. This position is responsible for operating machinery to produce goods according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce goods according to specifications
• Maintain and perform routine maintenance on machines
• Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions to supervisors
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
