About the role
The Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment in the facility are operating efficiently and safely. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and making recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents
- Document maintenance activities and report findings
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel as needed
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience with basic electrical systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
$20 - $25 per hour based on experience
Schedule
Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
