Machine Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using technical knowledge and tools.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in machine maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Skills

• Knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance techniques.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

$20 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
