About the role
We are seeking early members for our research team. You will collaborate closely with the founding team and have significant influence over the development and deployment of our advanced machine learning models.
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of technical decisions related to model training and deployment.
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape the future of entertainment through innovative technology.
- Own and complete entire research projects from start to finish.
- Train large generative models from scratch, such as LLMs or diffusion models.
- Showcase your passion for music in all aspects of your work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience training state-of-the-art models with distributed PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of the entire data engineering pipeline, including model design, training, and evaluation.
- Proven track record of independently managing and delivering complex research projects.
- Extensive experience training large-scale generative models from scratch.
- A strong affinity for music, both as a listener and creator.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
Skills
- Experience with distributed deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
- Familiarity with large-scale machine learning and model training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
