Machine Learning Scientist 4 - Generative Models, Evaluation

Responsibilities

• Track advancements in LLM and generative model research for practical application
• Apply cutting-edge ML techniques to enhance content summarization and evaluation
• Lead complete ML development cycles from research to implementation and evaluation
• Collaborate with ML scientists and engineers to integrate models into business applications
• Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders to aid strategic decisions
• Engage with the broader ML community to contribute to the organization's brand

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Machine Learning or a related field
• Strong foundation in ML and Deep Learning, particularly in Natural Language Processing and Generation
• Demonstrated research experience in summarization or text evaluation, such as LLM-based judges
• Expertise in one or more LLM post-training approaches
