Machine Learning Scientist 4/5 - Generative Models

Responsibilities

• Design and execute rigorous experiments for hypothesis testing and validation
• Simplify complex ML concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Lead full-cycle ML development including research and model evaluation
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to implement models
• Identify high-impact opportunities and create execution roadmaps
• Stay updated on ML advancements to enhance promotion strategies
• Engage with the ML community to share knowledge and strengthen the brand

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in designing and analyzing experiments in ML contexts
• Strong foundation in ML and Deep Learning, especially in NLP/Understanding and Generation
• Expertise in LLM post-training approaches
• Proficient in Python and familiar with ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• PhD or MSc in ML, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and ambitious roadmaps
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
