Machine Learning Engineer

Role: Senior Machine Learning Engineer responsible for developing and deploying advanced ML models to enhance product features. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, design, prototype, and ship models such as predictive, generative, and agentic systems, including RAG and embeddings. Own end-to-end evaluation, ensure model reliability through MLOps practices like feature pipelines, versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring. Translate research into scalable, in-product experiences for creative tools. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5+ years in building and operating ML systems at scale, with a strong foundation in feature engineering, supervised/unsupervised models, and modern GenAI techniques (LLMs, fine-tuning, embeddings). Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML tooling. Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical partners. Preferred advanced degrees, experience with recommendation systems, personalization, and deployment in environments like Databricks.
