About the Opportunity

The Machine Learning Engineer role is responsible for developing and implementing machine learning solutions that support the organization’s lending software. This position contributes directly to advancing the company’s products by building prototypes, tools, and documentation that enhance team productivity and customer proficiency. The role involves collaboration across departments to deliver impactful AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop experiments and prototypes leading to production-ready software
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and engineering to identify and solve business challenges using ML/AI
  • Lead technical projects with significant business impact
  • Create tools to increase productivity of teams using ML/AI systems
  • Develop demos, documentation, and training materials for internal and external users
  • Apply advanced ML/AI research to improve products and technologies

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a related role
  • Experience with visualization, dataset processing, and machine-learning toolkits
  • Skills in developing advanced predictive analytics solutions
  • Experience in dataset validation including cleaning, preprocessing, and aggregation
  • Familiarity with big data and predictive modeling
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, R, Java, or C++
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Pay

Wage range: $115,000 to $150,000 per year
