Responsibilities

• Implement ML-powered search, ranking, and recommendation features
• Build training, evaluation, and inference pipelines
• Integrate models and AI services into backend systems
• Improve model latency, reliability, and cost
• Create monitoring and evaluation workflows
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers

Qualifications

Required

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong Python programming skills
• Understanding of machine-learning algorithms and evaluation
• Familiarity with APIs, Git, data pipelines, and software testing
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Familiarity with NLP, search, ranking, or recommendations
• Experience with Docker, cloud platforms, or MLOps
• Interest in LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval systems
