Machine Helper 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Assist the Machine Operator with setup and operation of slotting, feeding, and die-cutting equipment
• Monitor board quality and report defects such as loose liner, warp, or incorrect dimensions
• Sort product as needed to help maintain machine productivity
• Work at the pace set by the Machine Operator and support adherence to the production schedule
• Cross-train on other machines and be willing to move into Operator roles when needed
• Complete production-related paperwork accurately and on time
• Submit maintenance requests and proactively care for equipment
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements

• Dependable and show up ready to work every day
• Able to read and follow work orders and production instructions in English
• Able to use a tape measure and apply basic high school-level math
• Observant and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to product quality
• Willing to learn, cross-train, and grow into new roles
• Work well in a team environment and follow directions consistently
• Detail-oriented and care about doing things the right way
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the team’s success

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting (preferred)
