Machine Helper 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Aid the Machine Operator with setup and operation of slotting, feeding, and die-cutting equipment.
• Maintain quality control by monitoring board quality and reporting defects such as loose liner, warp, or incorrect dimensions.
• Organize and sort products to enhance machine productivity.
• Adhere to production schedules and support the Machine Operator's pace.
• Cross-train on various machines and be prepared to transition into Operator roles.
• Accurately complete production-related paperwork and submit maintenance requests.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping guidelines.
• Perform other duties as directed by leadership.

Requirements
