Responsibilities
- Aid the Machine Operator with setup and operation of slotting, feeding, and die-cutting equipment.
- Maintain quality control by monitoring board quality and reporting defects such as loose liner, warp, or incorrect dimensions.
- Organize and sort products to enhance machine productivity.
- Adhere to production schedules and support the Machine Operator's pace.
- Cross-train on various machines and be prepared to transition into Operator roles.
- Accurately complete production-related paperwork and submit maintenance requests.
- Comply with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping guidelines.
- Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
Requirements
- Dependable and reliable, showing up ready to work every day.
- Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions in English.
- Proficiency in using a tape measure and applying basic math skills.
- Observant and detail-oriented, particularly regarding product quality.
- Willingness to learn, cross-train, and advance to new roles.
