About the role

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Machine Health Monitoring Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customers maximize uptime and productivity by proactively monitoring equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine health: Evaluate machine data, telematics information, service alerts, and other performance indicators to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Improve customer productivity: Analyze machine information and oil scan data to help increase uptime, reduce downtime, and lower operational risk.
• Provide actionable recommendations: Communicate findings and solutions to customers and internal teams to improve equipment performance and customer outcomes.
• Cook up service activities: Create service requests when needed and follow through to ensure successful implementation of recommended repairs or maintenance actions.
• Identify trends and opportunities: Analyze data patterns, anticipate failures, and provide recommendations that help customers reduce costs and maximize equipment utilization.
