Machine Head Subsystem Program Engineer

Main Responsibilities

• Own the planning and execution of subsystem work portfolio including subsystem deliverables, budget, resource identification, and priority discussions for New Product Introduction programs from conception through product sunset.
• Own subsystem NPI schedule structure and fidelity.
• Cook up execution of deliverables and detailed schedule dependencies with Systems Program Managers and Subsystem Integrators to align plans and escalate visibility to critical path activities.
• Make sure issues are resolved promptly, keep stakeholders informed of program progress, and negotiate changes, variations, and solutions to issues.
• Lead multiple programs in parallel from conception through field validation. Communicate difficult or sensitive information; strive to build consensus.
• Use the latest tools and methods to facilitate world-class operational rigor for the team.
• Push for simplification and standardization of best practices into program execution.
• Manage cross-platform programs for the Machine Head subsystem.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management, Renewable Energy Engineering or related fields.
