Machine Assistant 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Help with all aspects of turning recycled paper into sheets of Corrugated board and getting them to our customers.
• Support operations including loading and unloading machinery, sorting materials, and maintaining equipment.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting products for defects and adhering to production standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubrication of machinery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Basic math skills to read a tape measure and apply high school math concepts.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$17.60/hour + shift differential.
