About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Associates.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving all sales, customer service, and operational targets.
• Lead and coach a team of Sales Associates to enhance performance and meet targets.
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Manage inventory and perform cash reconciliations.
• Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Use retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
