MA Overland Family Medicine Clinic Full-Time
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions (like "Learn More About The Overland Family Medicine Clinic ..." maybe keep? It's a link but maybe considered application instruction? It's not application instructions but maybe keep? The instruction says remove application instructions. The link is "Learn More About The Overland Family Medicine Clinic". That's not an application instruction but maybe considered informational; but we can keep if it's substantive? It's just a link; maybe we can keep as part of description? The description includes that line; but we can keep as a
with link? Might be okay. We need to preserve all substantive info: employment type full time, shift day shift, description paragraphs, position summary & highlights, what you will do, work schedule, minimum requirements, benefits etc. We need to structure sections: maybe About the role (description), Responsibilities (what you will do), Requirements (minimum requirements), Qualifications (maybe certifications?), Skills (maybe self-initiative, communication, team player), Benefits (why Saint Alphonsus?), Pay (not specified? The posting says "market-competitive pay" but not specific numbers. That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "market-competitive pay" but not a number; that's still not specific. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "market-competitive pay" is vague but still states pay exists; but it's not a specific amount. Might be considered placeholder? Probably better to omit Pay section because not specific. Schedule: they gave work schedule details, so include Schedule section. Benefits: they gave benefits description, so include Benefits section. Qualifications: maybe include certification requirements? Could be under Requirements. We'll decide. We need to avoid duplication. We need to remove EEO boilerplate etc. So remove the final paragraph about Equal Opportunity Employer. Also remove facility information? It's maybe not essential but could be considered substantive? It's about the health system; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But it's somewhat generic. Might be considered boilerplate? It's specific stats; could keep but maybe not needed. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Facility information is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered generic. However it's substantive info about the employer; maybe keep as part of About the role? But we already have description about the clinic. Might be okay to include as part of About the role. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could combine initial description and position summary & highlights and facility info? Might be too much. Better to have About the role (general description), Responsibilities (what you will do), Requirements (minimum requirements), Qualifications (maybe certifications?), Skills (self-initiative, communication, team player), Benefits (why Saint Alphonsus?), Schedule (work schedule). Pay omitted. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has real content. Let's draft:
