About the role
M365 Collaboration Engineer position based in Bridgewater, NJ (onsite) for a long‑term project. Visa‑independent candidates only.
Responsibilities
- Design and troubleshoot enterprise collaboration solutions (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Manage email and calendaring platforms, including security tools such as Proofpoint
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform)
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform)
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Solid background with Azure/Entra ID and identity management
- Email and calendaring expertise, including experience with security tools (e.g., Proofpoint)
Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 certifications (nice to have)
- Experience with Copilot, Intune, or other advanced M365 features (nice to have)
Skills
- PowerShell scripting/automation
- Strong communication and ability to work across teams
