Roles And Responsibilities
- Support MDA/SEQV Systems Verification, serving as the MDA M&S agent.
- Audit Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) and Digital Models against their requirements and evaluate their suitability for MDS simulations.
- Analyze M&S VV&A in areas such as radars/sensors (RF/IR), threat, environment, interceptors, communications, or other simulated BMDS components.
- Create code-based data analysis tools to assess performance parameters and validate model accreditation plans.
- Conduct research on technical papers related to models and gather pertinent data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including software developers and accreditation agents to ensure adequate VV&A evidence and resolve modeling issues.
- Attend technical interchange meetings, prepare reports, and present VV&A findings.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Secret-level security clearance (or higher).
- Experience with MatLab and/or Python.
- Understanding of radar principles and models.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to team results.
- Open to working in an open, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for briefing, report writing, and technical documentation.
- No travel is anticipated.
- This position is not available for remote work.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $130,000/year to $160,000/year. However, the actual base pay offered may vary based on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
