Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces according to company standards
• Provide compassionate cleaning assistance for Senior clients who have difficulty cleaning on their own
• Handle trash removal and waste disposal for office moves, both before and after the move
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and ensure all areas are properly sanitized
• Adapt cleaning approaches to accommodate client needs and special requests

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning
• Reliable transportation to reach job sites
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and trash bags up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, especially Seniors

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning products
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying job timelines, including moving schedules
• Strong time management skills
