About the Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team. Our company provides a comprehensive range of services including concrete paving and repair, concrete demolition, excavation, asphalt paving, hauling and dump trucking, sod laying, sewer and water line construction, curbs and gutters construction, and snow plowing and removal services. Additional specialties include traffic control flagging, pavement painting, striping and marking, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, streets, roads, flatwork, excavating, grading, trenching, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete paving, repair, and demolition tasks
• Execute excavation, grading, trenching, and landscaping work
• Lay asphalt paving and sod as required
• Operate dump trucks and hauling equipment
• Construct and maintain sewer and water lines, curbs, gutters, driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, streets, and roads
• Conduct snow plowing and removal operations
• Handle traffic control flagging and pavement painting, striping, and marking
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, paving, or related fields
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including potential overtime and seasonal work

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete, asphalt, or excavation work preferred
• Certification or training in equipment operation is a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
