About the role

M Resort is seeking a Lead Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar roles.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
