About the role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in manufacturing and marketing our specialty Thai chili sauce, Thai Peanut Sauce, and Soy Jerky (Thai Flavor) under the 'Tiger Cried' brand. This role involves hands-on production work, preparation of ingredients, and supporting the overall manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, prepare, and package Thai chili sauce, Thai Peanut Sauce, and Soy Jerky (Thai Flavor) according to company recipes and quality standards
• Operate and maintain production equipment used in sauce and jerky preparation
• Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with raw material handling
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols during all stages of production
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Participate in quality control checks to maintain product consistency and taste
• Assist with labeling, packaging, and preparing finished goods for distribution

Requirements

• Experience in food manufacturing, preparation, or production environment
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and production procedures precisely
• Familiarity with food safety practices (GMP, HACCP preferred)
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and recording production data
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in sauce, condiment, or snack food manufacturing is a plus
• Knowledge of Thai cuisine or Asian food products is advantageous
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
