M&M'S Las Vegas - Seasonal Operations Associate

M&M’S Las Vegas is seeking Seasonal Part-Time Associates for the 2026–2027 holiday season. This role begins immediately and runs through at least early January 2027, with the possibility of extension into a permanent, benefits-eligible position.

About the role

Operations Associates primarily process shipments, prepare the chocolate room, complete cycle counts, and merchandise items for the sales floor. Back Stage Associates also provide exceptional guest service while filling in for Guest Experience Associates on the retail floor.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments
• Set up and maintain the chocolate production room
• Perform accurate cycle counts
• Merchandise products on the sales floor
• Deliver memorable guest experiences and drive daily sales and metrics
• Provide exceptional guest service when covering Guest Experience shifts
• Comply with all company policies, including safety, food handling, quality, loss prevention, and emergency procedures

Requirements

• Must be excited to work in a fun, fast-paced environment and create positively unforgettable guest interactions
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• No formal education or previous retail experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay

$17.50 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
