About the role
Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC is hiring for an experienced Pet Care Professional to provide dog walking and pet sitting services.
Responsibilities
- Visit client's homes to care for their pets while they are at work or on vacation
- Walk, exercise dogs, let them out for bathroom breaks, provide love and attention
- May include feeding, medicating, providing fresh water, cleaning up after animals, litter boxes, etc.
- Leave a note for clients after each visit so they know how the visits went
Requirements
- You love dogs and/or cats, enjoy the outdoors (dog walking) and being active
- You are experienced with dogs of various sizes and energy levels AND/OR are experienced with cats/other small animals
- You have reliable transportation, own a smart phone, can work well independently and have good communication skills/customer service skills
Qualifications
- Experience working/volunteering with animals (dogs / cats, etc.)
- Passion for working with and helping animals

Pay
- Hourly ($16-$18 depending on experience) + Mileage + Tips
- Per visit pay option
Schedule
- Dog Walker Work Hours: M-F 10am-3pm or a minimum of 2 hrs. availability during that time
- Pet Sitter Hours: Some availability during at least 2 of our 4 visit time windows: Morning & Afternoon, Morning & Evening, Evening & Night
- Morning: 6-10am. Afternoon: 11-3pm. Evening: 4-6pm. Night: 7-9pm
- Minimum availability required is at least an hour during 2 of these time slots but the more availability, the more clients we can set you up with.
- Pet Sitter Position can also be utilized for supplemental income (without committing to regularly weekly dog walking hours).
