About the role
Pinnacle Method Consulting is seeking an experienced M&A Project Manager to join our team. This role is remote and will last 12+ months on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Develop agendas and run meetings with integration workstreams and steering committee/Integration Management Office.
- Career Peak: Coordinate acquisition integration related workstream meetings as needed.
- Document takeaways and action items with due dates for workstream meetings.
- Use Monday.com, our system of record, for creating, updating and tracking integration plans for multiple workstreams.
- Maintain active list of integration risks & mitigations with owners.
- Meet regularly with Integration Management Office to review plans, status & risks.
- Establish and confirm key dependencies across workstreams.
- Improve MSCI's overall acquisition integration processes & playbooks.
- Create and update presentations for executive and/or board level audience to track progress.
- Focus on change management to ensure smooth onboarding experience for the acquired company employees.
- Establish and coordinate program-wide meeting cadence, lead meetings and document next steps (including following up on action items).
- Source & identify key blockers across the integration program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of work experience.
- 2+ years of acquisition integration program management experience preferred.
- Experience managing large initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools.
- Experience with Monday.com preferred, but not required.
