What You'll Do
Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex IT projects for mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and business transformations.
Accountable for end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, IT strategy, and transaction timelines.
Oversee scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, risks and resources to ensure project success.
M&A Integration Leadership:
Lead global IT integration programs from due diligence to Day 1 and post-merger optimization.
Own the overall program structure, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and delivery governance.
Act as primary IT program lead for business integrations with strong focus on value realization, data integrity, and process excellence.
Business Process Integration & Transformation:
Cook up business readiness activities including training, communications, and change management.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure project delivery and synergy realization.
Due Diligence & Pre-Integration Planning:
Develop integration roadmaps considering constraints and competing demands.
Oversee data integration, system migrations, and process cutovers.
Track and report progress against milestones, risks, dependencies, and targets.
Manage budgets, resource allocation and integrated project plans across workstreams.
Systems, Data & Business Process Integration:
Oversee ERP, application, and data migrations, including master data alignment and data governance.
Ensure alignment with global template processes while managing regional exceptions.
Stakeholder & Change Management:
Partner with business leaders, functional leads, IT, and acquired entities to remove barriers and drive execution.
Define KPIs and track benefits realization post integration.
What Makes You a Good Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of experience in project/program management within large, global enterprises.
Proven experience with M&A IT integration projects within CPG or Industrial markets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
Strong understanding of enterprise business processes (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance etc.).
Experience with ERP platforms (SAP) and shared services models.
Preferred certifications: Certified PMP, Certified M&A Professional (CMAP).

Pay Range
The salary range for this role is $150,000.00 and $170,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
