Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration project plans
• Drive execution across distributed cross-functional teams
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues
• Establish and manage integration governance
• Cook up and manage integration governance

• Deliver executive-ready reporting on integration progress
• Pivot and influence senior leadership to ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
• 10+ years experience in professional services firms
• 5+ years leading M&A integration or large-scale initiatives
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams remotely
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
