Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
- 10+ years experience in professional services firms
- 5+ years leading M&A integration or large-scale initiatives
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams remotely
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
