About the role

The M&A Integration Project Manager is a results-oriented, tactical leader on our agile M&A team. This role involves setting the strategy, leading through influence, and ensuring tactical execution for specific workstreams.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Workstream Ownership and Strategy: Set the strategy, communicate, and execute for specific workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Lead Through Influence: Empower and guide peers and functional leaders to improve output and engagement in a short timeframe.
  • Tactical Execution: Act as a hands-on implementer responsible for project logistics, coordination, and data gathering to meet all milestones.
  • Value Discovery: Pursue an in-depth understanding of value drivers and harmonies for smaller deals and specific workstreams within larger, more sophisticated global deals.
  • Program Management and Operational Excellence: Participate in diligence, set the program operating rhythm, and champion process improvements.
  • RASCI and Governance: Make critical decisions within the RASCI framework and proactively address blockers to senior management.
  • Coaching and Culture: Guide workstream teams on project planning, promote stability, and exhibit situational fluency in resource allocation.

What You Will Bring

  • Direct M&A Experience: 3+ years specifically in M&A Integration, preferably focusing on small to medium-sized deals.
  • Professional Background: 8+ years of professional-related work experience (or equivalent education).
  • Education: BS/BA degree in a related field required.
  • Project Mastery: Proficient in M&A program management principles with the ability to lead mid-sized workstreams.
  • Communication: Sophisticated situational fluency; able to facilitate high-stakes cross-functional decisions and reconcile challenging priorities across business units.
  • Analytical Attitude: Highly skilled in using data to track progress and identify blind spots in the integration approach.

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $144,400 - $192,800. The total compensation package may also include a target bonus and restricted stock units (if applicable), along with a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).

If hired, employees will be in an "at-will" position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
