M&A Integration Manager

About the role

This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact integration, carve-out, and business transformation initiatives while partnering with executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and cross-functional teams. You'll play a critical role in driving successful transaction execution, capturing synergies, and building scalable processes that support long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration, carve-out, and business transformation initiatives from planning through execution, including Day 1 and Day 100 readiness.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, executive leadership, and external advisors to drive alignment throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Oversee project governance, executive reporting, risk mitigation, and milestone execution across integration workstreams.
• Manage Transition Services Agreements (TSAs), including planning, cost oversight, execution, and exit strategies.
• Assess business processes, develop target operating models, and identify synergy opportunities to support post-transaction value creation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of M&A integration, carve-out, or transaction advisory experience required.
• Management consulting or Big 4 transaction advisory experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
• Financial modeling and operational analysis experience required.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Private equity-backed company experience preferred.
