About the role
The M&A Billing Analyst is responsible for managing billing processes for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing to clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage billing processes for mergers and acquisitions
- Ensure accuracy and timely invoicing to clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Support contract negotiations and post-merger integration activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with M&A transactions
- Knowledge of industry-standard billing and contract management tools
